Communications Advisor

How do you make it easier for our people, stakeholders, media and the public to understand why New Zealand Post is changing?

Our communications need to be engaging and effective in supporting the New Zealand Post Group. We need to take our opportunities to tell New Zealand Post’s story through mainstream, community, specialist and social media. The kind of person who enjoy this work is someone who wants to get to the top of their field, and to operate in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

As part of building the best communications team in the country you’ll be an active member of the team, supporting the planning and delivery of communications programmes and events, and providing support and advice across the business.

Required for this role:

  • Experience in a previous communication role, with exposure to publication management.

  • Experience in managing and utilising traditional and social media (two-way communications).

  • A "nose" for news.
