PostShop Manager

This is about managing and inspiring a team to provide great experiences for our customers. Essentially it involves being an opportunity spotter - identifying opportunities with your team to achieve growth, contributing to the success of a larger regional team and developing skills. It’s a challenging role where it is all about the customer and exceeding set targets - as individuals and as a whole team. It’s a role for the ultimate people person - who knows how to get the best out of people from all walks of life.

This role requires:

  • Experience in managing a sales and service team.
  • Proven ability to lead through change.
  • Proven track record of developing staff.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
