HR Business Partner

  • The ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of our people to achieve a win-win outcome.
  • Efficient manager of HR processes.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, able to balance legal requirements and best practice with achieving a pragmatic commercial outcome.
