To do this kind of work you need to be great at gathering and clarifying business requirements, minimising ambiguities with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing systems and making sure that everything we do is in line with New Zealand Post policies and core objectives. It offers exposure to the wider New Zealand Post Customer Solution Services team and clients ranging from small scale financial institutions right through to large Government departments.
This role requires:
A relevant qualification along with at least 5 years Business Analyst experience.
Hands-on experience with the software development life cycle.
Demonstrated experience in building strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
