Recruitment Agencies

NZ Post supports talent sourcing through its own team of experienced in-house recruiters. It’s our team’s mission to walk in the shoes of our hiring managers and support our business across all levels of seniority and complexity as well as types of engagement.

We don’t generally involve external agencies with our recruitment drives, however when there’s an exception and it’s appropriate, we’ll reach out to agencies. We therefore ask that agencies do not contact any Managers or representatives of NZ Post to market recruitment or recruitment related products or services. This includes the marketing of unsolicited candidate details and/or resumes.
